Highfields College IQM Annual Review – Jan 2026 Report
The report is part of a national initiative from the IQM association, made up of 6000 schools, which takes schools through a thorough self-evaluation around how we ensure young people and their individualities are recognised – and how barriers to inclusion are removed and differences celebrated.
The self-evaluation is then peer-reviewed on an annual basis in a gentle but nonetheless thorough process – culminating in a visit and audit of the school by a senior leader with experience of inclusion in another participating school.
We have now been awarded the top grade, so to speak, which is recognition we are a ‘Flagship School’ for Inclusion.
